What is the return policy?

We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Gilded Starling™. If there’s an issue with your order due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because many items are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for sizing, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Due to the nature of awareness apparel and made-to-order production, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I get my order?

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Many apparel and awareness products are produced through trusted print-on-demand partners and may ship separately from other items in your order.

Estimated production times are typically 3–7 business days before shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Some items may be fulfilled directly by our print partners, while others are personally packaged and shipped by Gilded Starling™.
