Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Gilded Starling.

Many of our products are created through trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, including Printify and other carefully selected suppliers. Because many items are made to order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, seasonal demand, and carrier conditions.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

  • 2–7 business days for production

  • Additional shipping time after fulfillment

Please note that made-to-order products require production before shipment and are not typically shipped immediately after purchase.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Fulfillment partner

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier conditions

Typical U.S. delivery estimates range from:

  • 5–15 business days after production

Please understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.


Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled by different production partners or suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

Customers may receive:

  • Multiple tracking numbers

  • Separate packages

  • Different delivery dates for items within the same order


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment notifications are sent.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Gilded Starling is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable shipments

  • Returned packages due to customer address errors

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays and carrier-related issues are outside our direct control.

Gilded Starling is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Customs or international transit delays

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.
